Here are seven important things to check before renting your next home.
1. Calculate the total monthly cost
The advertised rent is not always the only amount you will pay each month.
Ask whether the rent includes services such as:

Internet
Security
Cleaning
Waste collection
Parking
Shared-area maintenance
A property with slightly lower rent may become more expensive when additional charges are included. Compare the complete monthly cost instead of comparing rent alone.
2. Choose a location that supports your daily routine
A beautiful property may not be convenient when it is far from your workplace, children’s school, public transport, shops, hospitals, or other services you regularly use.
